We developed KeyWords, a smart application that indexes and searches documents fully automatically.

All documents in a request are automatically scanned, read and linked to the correct project.
Based on preset keywords, relevant hits are immediately visible.
Smart PDF analysis and search algorithm
The app reads complete specifications, recognizes words and context, and shows where hits were found in the documents.

With a new project, product managers immediately see which keywords were found, in which documents and on which pages.
A clear structure for all projects
The application automatically builds a consistent project structure, including document folders, metadata, and status.
Email processing for 12Build, WeTransfer, and other sources
Requests are automatically read by mail, including downloading all attachments, 12Build files and WeTransfer links.

New projects are created or updated automatically, fully linked to Storax's existing internal systems.

The challenge
Storax supplies products to contractors and receives a large number of requests every day to issue quotes. Each request contains dozens or sometimes hundreds of documents. The product managers had to manually search all these documents to determine whether they could and wanted to calculate. This took a long time, led to errors and made it difficult to send quotes before the deadline. The question was clear: provide a solution that provides immediate insight into whether a project is relevant, without anyone having to go through hundreds of documents.
