The challenge
Organizing trade fairs involves an extreme amount of communication. Export Partner switches daily between stand builders, exhibition organizations, logistics partners and exhibitors. Each exchange has dozens of separate files, designs, renders, orders and changes.
That information was spread over e-mail, Excel, WeTransfer links, separate folders and phone calls. Keeping the overview took time and was prone to errors.
The question to us: build a solution that organizes all communication, files and processes of an exhibition in one central location, so that everyone always works with the same information.
