Working in a young, fresh and growing company

At Louvels, we help organizations work smarter, more efficiently and future-proof. We do this with practical IT solutions, short lines of communication and a strong focus on collaboration. No thick reports that disappear in a drawer, but solutions that are actually used.

With one of our own developed products, SKAI, we make the difference in customs processes. We can automate documents and declarations that are currently mainly drawn up and submitted manually for our customers. Where previously an employee created an import document manually, it is now created and sent automatically. Not as soon as the employee logs in, but immediately as soon as the container arrives at the port of Rotterdam. This not only saves manual actions, but also ensures that the process can run 24/7.

Various international companies, from fruit importers to car importers, are already using SKAI. We ensure that you can dream up the benefits of SKAI within a short time, so that you can help us convince as many new customers as possible of the benefits of SKAI. We have ambition and are growing fast. To support that growth, we are looking for a Implementation consultant that gets energy from analyzing, improving and realizing.

Your impact as an implementation consultant

As an Implementation consultant at Louvels, you will onboard new customers and you will be the linchpin between customer, technology and organization. You always start with the basics: a quick scan with the customer. For 5 to 10 business days, you will look over the customer's shoulder. You identify various issues, including current processes, required data, data formats and software systems. This way, you know exactly what the customer is up against, what the biggest bottlenecks are and which systems are being used. At the same time, you keep your ears and eyes open to proactively identify possible improvements.

Based on this new information, you will make a proposal what the process can look like when SKAI is implemented. You provide insight into which actions can be automated and which data can be enriched thanks to various links between systems, including your own suggestions for improvement. With the implementation plan, you specify exactly which steps are necessary to make SKAI perfectly match the customer's processes.

You then lead the entire implementation from A to Z. Internally, you connect with developers. They know exactly what to do, thanks to the user stories and tasks you've developed in Jira. While the various tickets are being developed internally, you monitor progress, priorities and quality. A new feature is not presented to a customer until it has been thoroughly tested by you and has stood your critical eye.

Externally, you are the point of contact for the customer. Thanks to two weekly meetings, the customer knows exactly where the process is. In these meetings, you discuss progress, provide user training when a new functionality is delivered and, together with the customer, identify opportunities for further automation options.

Once SKAI is implemented, your role doesn't stop. After the implementation, you will provide regular contact moments where you present new features and continue to investigate how our software can better meet customer needs so that a long-term customer relationship is created. You identify new opportunities and build long-term sustainable cooperation.

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING

  • You have at least an HBO level of thinking
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience (e.g. as consultant, project coordinator, implementation or functional specialist)
